FAQ

Would I be under control of the hypnotherapist?

When you're in hypnosis, you remain fully in control of your own mind and actions. You can come out of the hypnotic state anytime you choose, and no one can make you do or say anything against your will. It's really a partnership between you and the hypnotherapist!

What do you mean by holistic?

When I say holistic, I mean that we work with your body, mind, and soul—because you are all three, and they’re deeply connected. Real, lasting change happens when all parts of you are supported and aligned.

In holistic hypnotherapy, we don’t just treat the symptoms—we invite your higher mind to guide the process of transformation in a balanced, natural way. You don’t need to figure out the “how” or the “when.” You just need to stay open to what’s possible… and say yes to the changes that gently move you toward the life you want.

Would I share something I shouldn’t while in hypnosis?

No—you’re always in control. Hypnosis is a natural, focused state of awareness, not a loss of consciousness. You won’t say or do anything you wouldn’t normally feel comfortable with.

In fact, most people feel more clear and connected to themselves during a session. Your mind knows exactly what to share—and what to keep private. Nothing happens without your permission.

How do I know if hypnosis will work with me?

Most people can be hypnotized—as long as they’re open to the process. Studies show that 90–95% of people are naturally responsive to hypnosis to some degree.

However, hypnosis is not recommended for people experiencing active psychosis, untreated schizophrenia, or certain dissociative disorders. If you’re under psychiatric care, it’s best to speak with your doctor first.

For everyone else, if you can imagine, follow simple guidance, and stay open to the experience—hypnosis can be a powerful tool for change.

What is hypnosis?

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses hypnosis to help individuals achieve specific goals. During a hypnotherapy session, a trained therapist guides you into a relaxed state. This state is often described as a trance, where your mind is more open to suggestions to help you move towards your goal.

How does it feel to be in hypnosis? Is it like being in a coma?

Not at all. You’re deeply relaxed, but fully aware. It feels like drifting inward—peaceful, safe, and focused. You're in control the whole time. Hypnosis isn’t sleep or a coma—it’s a doorway to your inner world.

Hypnosis, does it work also when the session is conducted online?

Absolutely. Take a moment to think about the issue you want to work through—where does it really live? It’s not in a room, it’s in your mind.
Hypnosis is an inner process, not a location-based one. Whether we’re across the screen or across the room, the work happens within you.

Online sessions can be just as powerful—sometimes even more so, because you're already in the comfort of your own home.
